Schön angelegte Anlage, keine langen Wege zum Einkaufen oder in den Ort. Ruhig gelegen, freundlich. -
Was hat mir nicht so gut gefallen?
Leider war die Wohnung nur sehr, sehr dürftig eingerichtet (Geschirr, Gläser). Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeekanne oder sonstiges. Die Endreinigung ist ein Hohn. Wir haben die Wohnung sauberer verlassen, als wir sie angetroffen haben. Diese Gebühr ist äußerst unzulässig und hat uns sehr geärgert. Beim Empfang sollte man zu Beginn ein paar wichtige Unterlagen über den Ort (keine Werbung für eine Disco) erhalen, wie zum Beispiel einen Stadtplan, den Weg zum Strand erklärt, Infos über Festivitäten etc.

E’ già il secondo anno che frequento questo residence. Mi trovo bene. -

Forse con un residence di questo tipo sarebbe meglio non vedere un attaccapanni dietro la porta della camera composto da due chiodi attaccati al muro, e di avere due applique accanto al letto invece di una.

Pillows uncomfortable and needs airconditioning. I still also haven’t received my deposit back which is supposed to come to me as a Money Gram.

Buona posizione per la vicinanza al centro del paese e ai vari servizi disponibili. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta, rispondente alle descrizioni riportate sul sito. Buona l’accoglienza da parte del personale e tempestivi nel rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. -

Praticamente nulli, solo la difficoltà di trovare qualche volta parcheggio all’interno del Residence e in corrispondenza della propria abitazione.

la vicinanza al centro città, ottimo punto di partenza -

purtroppo l’appartamento era MOLTO sporco(sabbia ovunque, bagno e pavimenti sporchi, armadi e cassetti sporchi) e avendo un bambino piccolo ritenevamo importante vivere in un ambiente pulito.
