- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 68, Three-Room Apartment euro 78. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure (including waste disposal), otherwise it will be charged 60 euro extra;
- Local Stay Tax: if required;
- Caution: euro 200 to pay on arrival, refundable at the end of the stay.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Linen: euro 15 double bed-set, euro 10 single bed set, euro 8 bath towel-set;
- Baby-Cot 0-2,9 yo: euro 28/week (own cot allowed);
- Air Conditioning : euro 63 per week;
- Pets: small size allowed, except in common areas, euro 50.
NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 pm. Arrivals after 8 pm must be notified in advance to the reception, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Arrivals between 9-11 pm are charged 30 euro, arrivals between 11 pm and 1 am euro 50. For arrivals after 1 am and in case of failure of notification, the check-in will be possible only the day after.
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Reception opening times: every day from 10 am to 1 pm and from 5 to 8 pm.

L’appartamento situato nel complesso Eden Roc godeva di un’ottima vista e di assoluta tranquillità; era dotato pure di un barbeque, che ci ha permesso di cucinare ottime grigliate di carne e di pesce. Nelle zone limitrofe (Chia, Teulada) vi sono splendide spiagge. -

lontani dai centri abitati , costretti a prendere la macchina sia per super mercati che per il mare e tv che dava segnali deboli nei canali Italiani favorendo tutti quelli stranieri
