Deluxe Room
Rooms with geometric design and décor and a lot of colour! The Deluxe rooms are located on the top floor of the hotel and are equipped with a private terrace or balcony with a breath-taking view of the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago. The rooms have a size of about 30 sqm, with a veranda of 20 sqm, bathroom with shower. The Deluxe rooms can accommodate up to 2 people.
Family Room
The Family rooms (about 40 sqm in size) are located on the ground floor and have a large veranda or a balcony of about 30 sqm. They include a living area with a double sofa bed and a sleeping area with a double bed. The Family rooms can accommodate up to 4 people and have a bathroom with a maxi shower.
Suite
The suites have a particularly large area, from 40 sqm to 70 sqm, with a comfortable veranda or a balcony of about 30 sqm.
Each room has a different and distinctive décor and style, designed to guarantee a unique and unforgettable experience. Common features to the various rooms are the king-size double bed, the bathroom with maxi shower-Jacuzzi and large veranda with comfortable chaise longue. The suites can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The restaurant of the Grand Hotel Resort Ma & But "The Ancient Island", is characterized by an elegant and refined ambience. It offers the possibility to enjoy unforgettable dinners in a romantic and suggestive atmosphere. The restaurant has an extensive à la carte menu, it is located on the ground floor and enjoys views of the pool.
Guests are also offered the possibility of a romantic outdoor dinner by the pool, between the natural granite rocks of the Gallura region and the scents of the Mediterranean vegetation. The gastronomic proposals include seasonal and first quality ingredients cooked with wisdom and creativity by our Executive Chef Agostino Simeone.

Spa and Wellness Centre
The Grand Hotel Resort Ma & Ma is home to the largest spa in northern Sardinia that occupies about 800sqm: a real temple of wellbeing for body and mind. The "&SPA" proposes fascinating and evocative itineraries for unique and unforgettable experiences:
-The "Magna pool" inside the SPA is the most ecological solution in the world of this kind of treatments. It is composed of mineral water enriched by precious salts that, through the skin, bring to the organism an immediate sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
-The Float Room. It is a special "bathtub" inserted in an ambient with cromoterapie and relaxing music. Its characteristic, thanks to a high concentration of magnesium and potassium, is to allow the buoyancy in only 25 cm of water. Beach
The beach of Punta Tegge is characterized by a coarse and compact sand, surrounded by pink cliffs to which the sea and the wind have given fascinating shapes. The sea has colours ranging from blue to turquoise. The seabed is low and sandy with calm water: ideal for children and for those who want to relax on the beach. It is not too busy even during the month of August.
