I Cottage is in Arbatax and is part of the Arbatax Park Resort, a complex that covers about 150 acres at the ends of the Capo Bellavista peninsula, in a natural setting of incomparable beauty, in the vicinity of the Marine Park of Capo Monte Santo. Completely renovated in the last 2 years and enriched with new services, the resort is the first village with a modern concept of overall well-being: is the only resort to have a large Nature Park, home to typical Sardinian animal species and plants. Furthermore, a modern 2,000 sqm Wellness Centre Thalasso & SPA where water is the key element for health and fun. The resort can ideally be divided into 3 areas: the Park Area (enclosing the Fauna and Nature Park), the Wellness Centre Thalasso & SPA and the large Bellavista Amphiteathre), the Cala Moresca and the Telis Area.

I Cottage have 76 rooms with a distance from the sea ranging from 10 to 100 m. Furnished with the typical sardinian style, the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people (3rd and 4th extra bed may be bunk or sofa bed). All the accommodation overlook the sea or the lush garden which sometimes clears and makes room for lawn corners and sand terracing. Typologies:

Classic Rooms: air conditioning/heating, TV, safe, telephone, mini bar (supplied upon request), hair dryer.

Superior Rooms: same features of the Classic Rooms, these accommodation enjoy an exclusive location, a few steps from the sea.

Suite Cottage: same features of the Classic Rooms, these accommodation consist of bedroom + lounge (with sofa beds), 2 bathrooms, overlooking the sea or a lush garden.

Restaurant - I Cottage Arbatax Park Resort


Cottage and Suite Cottage guests have access to the Relax Swimming Pool and the exclusive Sa Gana restaurant. Guests can also have meals at the various eateries of the Arbatax Park (in some restaurant reservation and surcharge are required).

  • What I Liked
    - très beau parc en général, très vaste et verdoyant, le parc animalier est unique et très appréciée par toute la famille - la promenade journalière dans parc animalier accompagné par le ranger est très chouette. - la piscine ’tropicale’ pour son décor et l’accès facile pour les plus petits. - les spectacles et la soirée sarde étaient très professionnelles. - les facilités (par exemple le canoë-kayak) - le photographe (Wawa?) était super sympa avec les enfants et faisait un excellent travail. - le personnel au restaurant était très efficace. - le buffet de soir était correct, sans être exceptionnel.
  • What I did not like
    - les navettes devraient être gratuites dans un domaine si vaste. - pas de système uniforme de paiement, il faut recharger une carte à puces pour effectuer des paiements, mais elle n’est pas acceptée dans tous les établissements. - le nettoyage des serviettes de plages devrait être gratuit. - le petit déjeuner moyen (pas de produits locaux, mais des petites barquettes industriels de miel et de confiture, pas de vrais jus de fruits mais un truc chimique, pas d’oeufs frais) - le smartphone et les tablettes devraient être interdits au restaurant ;-)
