What I Liked
Struttura carina, a breve distanza dal mare, parte di un complesso altrettanto carino e ben tenuto. Staff al check-in gentile ed amichevole. I pochi problemi iniziali una volta preso possesso della villetta (per esempio una perdita maleodorante dal lavandino della cucina) sono stati risolti velocemente. Elettrodomestici ragionevolmente moderni. Molto utile la doccia calda esterna. Aria condizionata ben all’altezza per quanto riguarda le camere da letto. Per quanto riguarda il soggiorno le unita’ di condizionamento erano a malapena sufficienti. -

Check-in un po’ complicato, per via di tre fatture da pagare separatamente e solo sul luogo, dove c’e’ da aspettare un po’. Oltretutto la macchinetta per effettuare il pagamento con la carta di credito ha pensato bene di smettere di funzionare e abbiamo dovuto cercare un bancomat per mettere insieme 600 Euro. Inoltre la villetta dista vari chilometri dal luogo del check-in. Fra tutto le nostre famiglie hanno dovuto quindi aspettare in macchina una buona oretta. Cucina troppo piccola, soggiorno un po’ piccolo. Molto problematico il fatto che la descrizione dei Portici riportava la disponibilita’ di ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio e altre cose a noleggio direttamente sulla spiaggia. Questa cosa si e’ poi rivelata falsa dal momento che gli ombrelloni disponibili nelle vicinanze erano a disposizione solo dei clienti del complesso vacanze limitrofo. Inoltre, la mancanza di internet/wi-fi non e’ una cosa positiva per quanto ne fossimo al corrente gia’ al momento della prenotazione. Avremmo anche gradito piu’ informazioni sulla zona (attrazioni/ristoranti/spiagge/mappa) in formato brochure/librettino turistico, e per finire il foglio esplicativo che concerne la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti giorno per giorno dovrebbe essere realizzato in maniera professionale piuttosto che essere un foglio stampato male e annotato a mano.

What I Liked
Sehr großes, wunderschönes und neues Haus mit großer Terrasse und gepflegtem Garten. Erstklassige Ausstattung, ruhige Lage und nur wenige Schritte zum Traumstrand. Probleme mit Warmwasser wurden sofort behoben. -
What I did not like
Die Zufahrtspiste ist eine Zumutung (Schlaglochslalom), die gesamte Anlage etwas lieblos. In den Reiseunterlagen war keinerlei Hinweis, dass man den Schlüssel im Büro, ca. 5 km von der Anlage entfernt abholen muss und die Anlage selbst ist weder mit Schildern noch einem sonstigen Hinweis versehen, nach eineinhalbstündiger erfolgloser Suche haben wir angerufen und erfahren, wohin wir kommen müssen. Das Schlimmste aber waren die sogenannten "Bettdecken", alte Fetzen (anders kann man das nicht ausdrücken) die offenbar auf dem Flohmarkt zusammengetragen wurden. Alle waren unterschiedlich, teilweise fleckige Tagesdecken, teilweise viel zu kurze Polyesterdecken, teilweise alte Vorhänge, und damit sollte man sich zudecken. Vor 8 Uhr beginnen die Angestellten mit dem Rasenmähen, das könnte man auch etwas später noch machen.
