Le case del centro Top - Holiday Houses are in Isola Rossa, which originally was a fishermen village but has now become an important tourist destination in the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Its name derives from the reddish rocky islet standing right in front of it, where cormorants and sea gulls nest. On the promontory of Isola Rossa, an Aragonese tower in still good conditions can be admired. Three beautiful beaches with white and very fine sand are close to Isola Rossa: spiaggia Longa, spiaggia di Li Femini (so-called because women once sunbathed and bathed there separately from men) and spiaggia La Marinedda, about 500m away. Recently, a modern marina was built with respect to the surrounding environment: it offers all the services to pleasure boaters. Isola Rossa is unique also for its peacefulness and because its apartments are very close to the beaches and all the services. This place is the ideal for families with children and if you do not want to use the car.

- Forfait Costs: euro 30 per person/week for water, electricity and gas (from 3 years old);
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 40, Three-Room Apartment euro 50. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 50% extra;
- Caution: euro 100 per apartment.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of booking)
- Baby-Cot: 15 euro per week (own baby-cot allowed without any charge – max. one cot per apartment);
- Extra Bed: 20 euro/week;
- Bed linen and Bath Towels: euro 12 per person/change;
- Washing Machine: 30 euro/week, 50 euro for two weeks;
- Pets: + 50% of the final cleaning cost per apartment-type.

NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 to 8 pm.;

    Professionnalisme et disponibilité du loueur. Particulièrement lors de notre arrivée, Europcar ayant refusé de nous remettre la voiture que vous nous aviez louée, le couple qui nous louait la maison est venu nous chercher à Tempio (1h00 de route). Un grand merci

    Notre séjour a été gaché du fait que nous n’avons pu obtenir la voiture que vous nous aviez louée. Avec une personne agée (85 ans) et deux enfants, dur,dur. Nous regrettons que votre soutien lors de cette épreuve n’est pas été à la hauteur de nos attente. D’autant plus qu’actuellement malgrès plusieurs courriels à Rentalcar et Europcar, je n’obtiens aucune réponse concernant un eventuel remboursement. Ceci explique la note au point 13

    NELL’ABITAZIONE ( PROBABILMENTE E’ STATA CHIUSA PER UN PO’ DI TEMPO ) SI SENTIVA UN FORTE ODORE DI UMIDITA’ ( SE NON MUFFA ) , IL FRIGORIFERO ERA UN PO’ VETUSTO , E LA DOCCIA RIDOTTA AL MINIMO ( LO SPAZIO NON ERA SUFFICIENTE PER LAVARSI ALMENO COMODAMENTE ..... PENSO FOSSE UN 50 X 50 ) .
