Stunning view.
Good sized accommodation.
Restaurants lovely.
Reception at il Mirto was very slow, but when there was a problem the staff did react and were always pleasant. The complex is very nice and well maintained. I would recommend it to others.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: euro 63 per person per week for energy, water, gas, linen (1 set bed linen and 2 set bath linen per week (kitchen towels not are not available). Beach towels provided. Children 0-1,9 years old free.
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 55, Three-Room Apartment euro 60. Fridge, crockery and kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 30 euro extra.
- Deposit: euro 150, refundable at end of the stay.
COMPULSORY COSTS ON REQUEST AND TO PAY AT THE RECEPTION
- Midweek Cleaning: euro 25 for Two-Room Apartment, euro 30 for Three-Room Apartment;
- Strollers: euro 20 per stay (each), caution required;
- Beach Service: euro 30 per day (1 sun umbrella + 2 sun-loungers).
NOTES
- Check-in: from 5:00 to 8 pm (if possible, earlier). Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance;
- Check-out: by 10:00 am;
- Baby-Cot: free, to request at the time of booking;

Stunning view. Good sized accommodation. Restaurants lovely. -
What I did not like
Clear directions to Il Mirto would have really helped, we arrived late and had no idea where to go in the complex to check in. Accommodation was a little dusty when we arrived, could have done with a final freshen up. More choices (pasta and salads) would have been great in the pizza restaurant.

Nice staff at snackbar, and especially the restaurant, even if it was silly prices ... Large clean pool. Clean beach even if very small and splitted up for budget vs "more exclusive guests" ... -
What I did not like
The kids not being able to "play with a ball" in the pool (or part of it) or jump from the edge ... (how to explain that after waiting 6 months for this vacation). High prices in general (rate, food, boat trips). Too far from sea, payed 63 Euro for sea view, 20 could it be worth ... Staff did not check forks/knifes etc before we got there, had to visit reception to get enough forks. Small thing, but anyway ... Small crowded beach.

The restaurant is very expensive and not geared for children. The Pizza place is not open when it is raining, so there is no option but to drive offsite.

Disponibilità dell’addetta alla reception, pulizia, silenzio, cura degli spazi comuni, oasi ecologiche per raccolta rifiuti, servizi offerti. -

la consegna delle camere alle ore 16. Per chi come noi che siamo arrivati col traghetto al mattino presto, dover aspettare quasi una giornata intera è davvero un disagio, considerando anche il fatto che tra l’orario di consegna e l’orario di uscita, si perde un giorno in realtà completamente pagato.

Eccessiva distanza da tutti i servizi: reception, bar, mare, piscina. Cammini disagevoli, spiaggia esigua e senza servizi (bar, ecc.). Piscina lontana da ogni servizio e troppo dall’unità abitativa.Cattivo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

un po’ di difficolta’ nel trasporto dei bagagli nel giorno di arrivo e partenza per i tanti scalini,forse potrebbe essere opportuno una persona che aiuti gli ospiti nel trasporto delle valigie. Troppo caro il ristorante.

Il residence è sicuramente in un’ottima posizione è ben tenuto e molto curato, ma non basta. (Vedasi aspetti negativi) -

Siamo stati al Mirto dal 05.07 al 17.07. Gli appartamenti sono discreti, non certo adatti alla categoria e assolutamente privi di pulizia all’arrivo. Inoltre non vi sono zanzariere e pertanto lasciando le poche finestre aperte si viene invasi da ogni tipo di insetti. Al mattino il water era spesso invaso dalle formiche tanto che si e’ dovuto piu’ volte ricorrere all’insetticida! La piscina, unica nota intonata, risulta essere curata, ma soggetta al controllo di un giovane bagnino, molto, sicuramente troppo intransigente! La spiaggia anche se libera non offre nulla per gli ospiti del residence ed inoltre e’ attaccata al porticciolo del complesso il che e’ tutto dire! Inavvicinabili sia il ristorante che il bar pizzeria, prezzi assolutamente esagerati! Nel complesso ci riteniamo insoddisfatti in quanto non vi e’ assolutamente rapporto tra qualità e prezzo!

troppe restrizioni in spiaggia e in piscina! i bambini non possono giocare ne tuffarsi!! Mia sorella sono in 5 e ha dovuto cambiare l’appartamento in quanto le camere erano molto piccole e buie e ha dovuto pagare un supplemento di 400 Euro per averne uno con delle camere più grandi

Il villaggio, come il paese, non offre niente o quasi. Scarse attrattive, deludente la spiaggia interna e scomodissima la viabilità nel villaggio, appartamenti piccoli e un po’ lasciati andare.

Des vacances sans mauvaises surprises. Le descriptif était conforme à la réalité. Un accueil très agréable: staff aimable et petites attentions de bienvenue (huile d’olive.....). Le site fermé et privé préserve sa tranquilité. Parking privé -

Les hotels ne sont pas clairement indiqués depuis l’aéroport. Il manque un plan d’accès, qui pourrait être téléchargé depuis votre site. Structure du mini club un peu légère...ceci dit je ne me souviens plus de ce qui était inscrit dans votre brochure, donc je ne peux m’avancer!!
