The Il Mirto would not have been as good for us

Delphina Residence Cala di Falco is at the gateway of the Costa Smeralda, just 300 m from the charming small town of Cannigione, with its pleasant marina and a number of shops open all year round. The residence is situated within a Resort divided in to three areas: Il Borgo Hotel, La Rotonda Hotel Residence and Le Ville. Its strategic location allows to reach in a few minites the most beautiful beaches and clubs of the famous Costa Smeralda or the islands of La Maddalena Archipelago, that can be also reached with the Resort's boat.

Cannigione public beach, where you can rent parasols and sunbeds (subject to availability) is just a few metres from the main hotel swimming pool, just across the road heading for the most stunning and crystal-clear coves of the Arzachena Gulf. The residence also offers a shuttle bus service. The Resort has 3 swimming pools: the larger one is reserved to guests of the Hotel and Ville formula, with parasols, sunbeds and lifeguard; one swimming pool for children in a checked area within the Mini Club; another swimming pool - smaller in size than the main one- with sunbeds and deckchair is reserved to La Rotonda guests.

Two-roomed apartment: living area with 2 chair beds and kitchenette + 1 double bedroom.

Three-roomed apartment: living area with 2 chair beds and kitchenette + 1 double bedroom + 1 twin bedroom.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: euro 63 per person per week for electricity, water, gas, linen (1 set bed linen + 2 sets bath linen per person/week). Beach towels provided. Kitchen towels not available. Children 0-1,9 years old free.
- Final Cleaning: Two-Room Apartment euro 55, Three-Room Apartment euro 60, Two-Room Apartment Special euro 65, Three-Room Apartment Special euro 70. Fridge, dishes and kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 30 euro extra.
- Deposit: euro 150, refundable at the end of the stay.

OPTIONAL SERVICES BY REQUEST AT THE RECEPTION (to be paid on site)
- Midweek Cleaning: euro 25 for Two-Room Apartment, euro 30 for Three-Room Apartment and Two-Room Apartment Special, euro 35 for Three-Room Apartment Special;
- Strollers and High Chairs: euro 20 per stay (each), caution required;
- Beach Service: euro 15 per day for 1 sun umbrella + 2 sun-loungers.

    All of the tour operator staff and also the hotel and in particular the entertainment staff were very helpful. The food at Cala di Falco is excellent, the proximity to the airport is good and Cannigione itself is a very nice village.

    plage en face de l’hotel pas très belle Les piscines étaient très froides malgré le fait que nous y avons séjourné début août. C’est un problème pour les jeunes enfants qui ont vite froids même dans la piscine qui leur est réservée. Pas de ménage fait au cours de la semaine. Compte tenu du nombre d’étoiles de l’établissement et du prix payé nous nous attendions à ce que cela soit compris. Dernier point négatif : le prix exhorbitant des restaurants (menus entre 40 et 50 €s!

    - prix des repas beaucoup trop élevé, surtout pour une famille : 132 € pour deux adultes, 2 enfants. Prix des diners non indiqué dans la documentation. - il manque un four et éventuellement un lave-vaisselle.
