Facility notes

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (cash only)
- Forfait Costs (compulsory over 2 yo and entirely due for stays less than a week): euro 56 per person per week for on-site assitance, forfait costs and final cleaning. Kitchenette must be left clean before departure, otherwise it will be charged 25 euro extra.
- Caution: euro 300 per apartment.

OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Bed Linen: euro 10 per person per change;
- Bath Linen: euro 10 per person per change;
- Extra Bed: not available;
- Cot: euro 5 per day (own cot allowed without any supplement - max 1 per apartment);
- On request at the reception: rental of bike, scooter, wi-fi keys.

NOTES
- Check-in: 4-8 pm. Would you please call the reception some days before to communicate the arrival time.
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Minimum Stay: 7 nights.
