The Villa Le Terrazze di Pula is a luxury large villa totally independent, between S. Margherita di Pula and Chia (South West Sardinia), in the condominium Eden Rock near the Forte Village Resort. The villa is located in a very private hilly position and boasts a beautiful sea view, has a private swimming pool and a terraced garden with olive trees, plants and Mediterranean vegetation.

The villa, classifiable as 5*, is spread over three levels, allowing independent access to each level from the garden or veranda. The villa is very close to the 18 holes Is Molas Golf Club.

The interior spaces of the villa

The villa is on three levels. The main living area includes a large living room with adjoining living room, TV area and a well-equipped cooking area with: gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Externally there is a large covered terrace, furnished with taste that allows guests to enjoy a wonderful sea view.

In the part nearer to the pool, there are: a large double bedroom ensuite, another large double bedroom, and two bedrooms with bunk beds for 4 people and a bathroom with shower. Each of the three rooms has direct and independent access to the pool area. Outside this part of the villa there is a large terrace which leads to the pool and a comfortable outdoor dining area.

In the upper level, also with an independent entrance, there are two large master bedrooms, with ensuite bathroom and shower. The rooms overlook a terrace that guarantees a splendid sea view.

The Villa Le Terrazze di Pula can accommodate up to 10 people, 4 of them in bunk beds and therefore not adults, has 4 bathrooms (three of which are ensuite).

Services available in the villa

The villa has a private swimming pool, equipped with solarium with sun loungers. The dimensions of the pool are as follows: length 10 meters, width 6 meters, and variable depth from 1.2 to 3 meters.

A wide-screen LCD satellite TV is placed in the living room, but each double bedroom has one. Throughout the villa there is a system for air conditioning and Wi-Fi service in the lounge. There is a further separate room with a washing machine inside. Outside we still find an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. In the garden there are 2-3 parking spaces.

The beaches in the area

The nearest beach to the villa, that of Pinus Village, is just 2 km away while the other wonderful beaches, such as Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia, are just a few minutes away by car. Also the beautiful beach of Tuerredda is less than 20 minutes drive from the villa. This coastline was named as the most beautiful in Italy by Legambiente in 2017.
