COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION
- Forfait Costs: Studio Apartment euro 100, Two-Room Apartment 4 euro 150, Two-Room Apartment 5 euro 180, Kitchen-corner must be left clean before departure otherwise it will be charged 50 euro; It includes electricity, water, gas, bed linen, air conditioning;
- Deposit: euro 150 refundable at end of the stay. For departures after reception hrs, the deposit will be refunded by return mail.
- Stay Tax: if required.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO BE PAID AT THE RECEPTION (on request at the time of the booking)
- Bed Linen: euro 16 per person/change;
- Bath Linen: euro 16 per person/change;
- Baby-Cot: euro 35/week - own baby-cot allowed;
- Extra Bed (5°): 70 euro per week;
- Coffee maker (americano) / Kettle: euro 10 per week (each);
- Pets: euro 10 euro per day + 70 euro per stay for extra cleaning;
NOTES
- Check-in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated in advance, otherwise acceptance will not be guaranteed. Arrivals after 08.00 p.m. will be charged 50 euro.
