What I did not like
Shower didn’t drain so you could only have a 2 minute shower before the bathroom flooded. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and springs dig into your back. The second room was so tiny with only one window measuring 50cm x 50cm - you could not sleep in the room when the heat is 32 degrees and there is no fan and no air conditioning. Luckily there was a sofa bed in the kitchen/living area but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the fridge. Overall, it was an OK stay but I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. It was very cheap to stay so I guess you get what you pay for - next time I will pay more for a nicer place.

Sicuramente il residence Li Menduli è molto grazioso e ben curato per quanto rigurada gli esterni. Non ci possiamo lamentare avendo scelto (o avendo potuto scegliere) un periodo dell’ anno piuttosto economico (terza settimana di settembre). Le cose sarebbero state diverse se avessimo speso le cifre previste ad esempio nel mese di agosto. -

Gli aspetti negativi sono senz’ altro la pulizia degli ambienti, bagno in primis, camera e divano in cucina poi. Considerando che la struttura si trattiene in anticipo Euro 70,00 per le pulizie e consumi vari, gli addetti potrebbero impegnarsi un pò di più. Letto parecchio scomodo (materasso o rete, o materasso e rete da cambiare), per il resto niente da dire. Peccato per queste due cose perchè la struttura è davvero carina, anche le stanze sono spaziose, eccetto la cameretta che è davvero minuscola ma noi non pensavamo nemmeno di averla quindi è stata un graditissimo punto di appoggio. Come detto negli aspetti positivi, non ci siamo assulutamente lamentate avendo pagato davvero poco il soggiorno, dato il periodo; in alta stagione magari qualche appunto agli addetti lo avremmo fatto.

Die Buchung über Sardegne.com war unkompliziert und vertrauenswürdig! Die Angaben in der Beschreibung entsprachen dem Appartement. Das Meer war nicht weit entfernt und war traumhaft schön :) Wir hatten insgesamt einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben viel Zeit auf der schönen Terrasse genießen können. -

Der Service war leider größtenteils ziemlich unfreundlich! Wir hatten dreckige Handtücher, die wir reklamieren wollten. Dies war verbunden mit viel Gemecker und einem unfreundlichen Gesicht. Dabei kann so etwas ja überall mal vorkommen und wird üblicherweise anstandslos beseitigt! Auch der Abschied war eher kompliziert als einfach. In der Beschreibung stand, dass man um 10 Uhr die Wohnung zu verlassen. An unserem Abreisetag war aber 9.50 Uhr bis mindestens 10.15 Uhr niemand da, bei dem wir hätten auschecken können. Nur eine Nummer war angeschlagen, bei der man sich melden konnte, wenn das Büro mal (also fast immer!) zu ist. Wir hatten nur leider keine funktionierenden Telefone... wir standen auch ziemlich unter Zeitdruck, da wir den Bus zum Flughafen nehmen mussten und das Flugzeug sicherlich nicht auf uns gewartet hätte. Zu all dem Überfluss sahen wir zum Teil die Angestellten im Auto vorbeifahren, wobei es niemand für nötig hielt, mal von sich aus anzuhalten, damit wir abreisen können. So mussten wir im Supermarkt gegenüber nachfragen, ob sie eventuell für uns anrufen würden. Damit kam dann auch jemand, wobei eine Entschuldigung über die lange Wartezeit auch vollkommen ausblieb. Die Unfreundlichkeit und Kaltherzigkeit des Personals hat die Tage, an denen wir das Büro aufsuchen mussten zu unangenehmen Tagen gemacht, was ich persönlich sehr schade finde, wenn man betrachtet, wie freundlich die Kommunikation mit Patrizia von Sardegne.com vorher per E-Mail ablief!!

- luogo tranquillo - residence situato a pochi passi dal centro del paese con la possibilità di raggiungere facilmente tutti i servizi disponibili (ristoranti, farmacia, supermercati, etc)- il vostro sito offre una buona immagine e descrizione di ciò che realmente abbiamo riscontrato al nostro arrivo -

- poca organizzazione nella consegna dei documenti riguardanti gli appartamenti prenotati e l’accompagnamento verso i singoli appartamenti - poca correttezza da parte delle addette alle pulizie (il giorno della nostra partenza abbiamo dimenticato in cucina una borsa frigorifero con cibo e bevande e nessuno ci ha richiamato per rendercela. Le addette delle pulizie erano già all’interno del nostro appartamento prima della nostra partenza per cui sicuramente la borsa è stata vista da loro)

Posizione ottima e validi servizi nelle vicinanze. -

Struttura valida ma da mantenere più in ordine per evitare spiacevoli disguidi (tubature marce e cambio appartamento causa allagamento) e miglior coordinamento con i servizi di pulizia (al momento del nostro arrivo, dopo aver sistemato i bagagli, sono arrivate le signore delle pulizie perché l’appartamento doveva ancora essere pulito).
