What I Liked
Il Residence Baia de Bahas è molto curato, pulito e con tantissimo verde. La sua posizione è ottima per la vicinanza: al porto di Golfo Aranci, alla propria spiaggia che non era mai sovraffollata nonostante sia stato Ferragosto, al market, tabacchino, il ristorante/pizzeria presenti all'interno della struttura. Il personale è molto gentile. Inoltre in massimo mezzora di macchina si possono raggiungere i paesini e spiaggie più belle della Costa Smeralda. L'appartmento era in ottima posizione con un grande terrazzo dal quale si poteva ammirare il mare e non aveva bisogno di aria condizionata. Vogliamo ringraziarVi poichè i viaggi in traghetto sono stati studiati benissimo in modo da permetterci di godere dell'intero giorno al ns. arrivo e dell'intero giorno alla ns. partenza. -
What I did not like
L'appartamento a noi assegnato numero CSC6 avrebbe bisogno di alcune manutenzioni e in particolare abbiamo riscontrato: - BAGNO: nella doccia i vetri stavano cadendo, la doccetta dovrebbe essere sostituita poichè non sta in posizione ed inoltre la doccia perdeva acqua da sotto il piatto doccia. Sulle pareti del bagno si erano staccate alcune piastrelle che erano appoggiate fuori sul terrazzo; - CUCINA: come dotazione in cucina c'erano 3 coltelli ( che non tagliano) pur noi essendo in 4 persone (siamo andati al market a comprarli), il gas piccolo non funzionava; - gli armadi dove risporre i vestiti erano datati e un pò scassati, soprattutto quello della camera matrimoniale; nella camera matrimoniale tra l'altro la luce si accendeva al secondo tentativo con un pulsante mentre con l'altro pulsante non si accendeva proprio. Nel salotto non funzionava la luce sul soffitto. - la porta finestra per uscire sul terrazzino non è molto fissa poichè una notte che c'era il vento continuava a sbattere e abbiamo dovuta bloccarla con alcuni pezzi di giornale sotto per non rischiare di svegliare i bambini; - sul terrazzino c'era un tavolino di plastica molto datato e trabballante con 2 sedie di cui 1 inutilizzabile poichè rotta (notare che eravamo in 4 con 2 sedie esterne ma 1 rotta) e un salottino di vimini carino ma anche qui 1 sedia rotta. - nella brochure inviataci inoltre c'era scritto che ci sarebbe stata la lavatrice in comune e il phon che però non c'erano (l'unica lavatrice a gettoni più vicina era a Golfo Aranci). Voglio precisare che ho elencato tutti i problemi dell'appartamento perchè possiate far notare al proprietario o alla struttura stessa che sono spiacevoli inconvenienti che con poche risorse potrebbero sistemare. Abbiamo fatto amicizia con i ns. vicini di appartamento i quali hanno speso la ns. stessa cifra per un appartamento identico al nostro ma ristrutturato da poco e con lavatrice compresa. Aldilà di questo siamo rimasti molto contenti del ns. soggiorno e della Vs. proposta. -

Les appartements sont très bien situés dans un environnement très agréable et très bien entretenu. La situation est pratique tant pour la plage, le restaurant et le petit supermarché. C'est la deuxième année que nous nous rendons dans cette résidence et nous adorons vraiment l'endroit dont le cadre est magnifique. -
What I did not like
Il est dommage que nous ne puisssions pas voir les appartements pour choisir en fonction de nos désirs. Le point négatif est les frais à payer sur place lors de notre arrivée en plus ils ne veulent que du cash !! Il vaudrait mieux payer d'avance afin d'éviter la surprise à l'arrivée. -
What do I think of Golfo Aranci
La Sardaigne est une jolie île et les plages sont vraiment magnifiques. Les sardes sont des personnes très sympathiques qui ont le sens de l'hospitalité. C'est une destination à conseiller fortement.
