The properties
All properties are located on the ground floor and have an independent entrance that guarantees total privacy. Each accommodation is also equipped with a small independent garden and a comfortable veranda with table and chairs to relax and for al fresco dinners. There is also a parking space and other spaces outside at the rear of the apartments. The furniture and fittings are of good quality, beds are comfortable and each apartment has LCD TV, a safe, barbecue area and an outdoor shower. It is not allowed to add extra beds.
-One bed apartment. It includes: a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can be double or twin, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Sleep up to 4 people.
-Two-bed apartment. It includes: a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can be double or twin, another room with two beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Sleep 4/6 people.
-Two-bed apartment. It includes: a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed that can be double or twin, another room with two beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. This option is slightly larger than the previous one. Sleep 6 people.

What to do in the area
Just a few minutes from the accommodation there is a small playground for young children. San Teodoro offers all the necessary services for a comfortable and relaxing holiday: supermarket, pizzeria and restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, newsagents, boutiques, pharmacies, medical clinics, nightclubs, rental boats, etc. There is also a horse riding school in which you can take courses and do horse riding excursions in the beautiful Gallura countryside. The Il Melograno resort has a discount program with the Diving Center "Karibù Diving e Travel”, which organizes diving courses and excursions. Tennis courts, bowling green, five-as-side football, volleyball and beach volleyball are also available.
The beaches and the surrounding areas
Il Melograno's properties are only a few minutes away from the famous La Cinta Beach, known for its fine white sand and the turquoise sea water. The sea bed degrades very slowly making this beach particularly safe for inexperienced swimmers and children. The beach offers the possibility to practice all possible water sports, including: kitesurfing, canoeing, windsurfing, etc. You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas directly on the beach. There are also a few bars right on the shore that offer fresh drinks, light lunches and aperitifs.

Other information about the property
- Included in the price: electricity consumption and final cleaning. The cleaning of the kitchenette area and kitchenware is the responsibility of the guests. Otherwise, a € 25 fee will be applied.
- Check-in: from 5 pm to 8 pm (it is required to communicate any late arrivals);
- Check-out: by 10 am;
- Arrivals/Departures: Sunday and Wednesday. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. It is possible to book for less than a week in certain other periods. Anyway, these must include at least 3 nights. Option available until June 12th 2018, and after September 11th, 2018.
